Since we have opened the doors of the Industrial museum again, there has been a steady stream of visitors each Saturday. From older people wanting to remember the machines that they worked with when employed in their early careers, to younger visitors accompanied by parents and grandparents, who have a great delight in sharing their memories of their working past with these young family members. New things are happening all the time, and our volunteers are on hand to explain the history of the exhibits and how they were used in past times. When you need a break it is always nice to sit and have refreshments in our small cafe and spend time with others who have memories to share of their connections to Calderdale’s industrial past

Guests to the museum can now enjoy a welcome sit down and relax in our Pop up Cafe. Open from 10am to 4pm, we serve good strong tea and coffee and have choice selection of delicious cakes and biscuits.
